Digital working models and processes

Thanks to flexible working models, we have also been able to respond actively to the effects of the Corona pandemic and offer our employees a home office wherever possible. We are also focusing on new digital meeting concepts and remote structures in the area of meeting culture.

By working from home, our workforce has been able to flexibly arrange their working hours while reducing their own environmental footprint.

Since the middle of the year, we have introduced a digital employee portal. This allows our employees to access their pay slips, time sheets and other documents online, resulting in significant savings in paper and printing costs in our administration.

The introduction of Microsoft 365 is also another milestone towards more sustainable, paperless collaboration both internally and externally.
